SHIPPING

We ship USPS First Class & Priority. Delivery tracking and confirmation is included in the shipping price.

Your order will SHIP OUT within 3 - 5 business days. Delivery speed depends on whether you choose First Class or Priority Shipping. We are not responsible for any delays caused by USPS. 

If you are ordering multiple pairs and would like them shipped together, be sure to add them all to your cart before checking out. Any ears purchased individually will be shipped individually!

While we will make sure your order is safely packaged, once shipped out we are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages.

All items are shipped from Trussville, Alabama.

REFUNDS/ EXCHANGES

Please note that all sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. (Because of the nature of our shop openings, it takes items out of our inventory and that is not fair to our other customers who tried to get ears and could not.)

With that said, if you have a quality issue with your ears, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will do everything we can to make sure you are satisfied! :)

Buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.

ADDITIONAL INFO

All ears are handmade and no two items are exactly identical. Each pair will vary slightly but will still reflect the style shown in the picture.

***Handle your ears with care and they will last longer!***
Do not submerge in water, bend, or keep them in hot temperatures for long periods of time.

At this time, we do not take custom orders.
